What sizes do you offer?

• Our shirts are unisex and range from XS- 3XL

 

How do your shirts fit?

• All shirts are unisex and are made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton unless otherwise noted in the product description. This means, there will be little to no shrinkage when washed correctly. See care instructions below. 
• Unisex shirts are true to size with a relaxed/loose fit. We highly suggest you take a look at the size chart section if you have any doubts.

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

• While we do strive to under promise and over deliver please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. Shirts are made to order. 
• Once the package has left our facility, shipping times are dependent on the shipping provider. 

 

What is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

• Currently not accepting returns or exchanges..

 What happens if the items(s) I’ve received are faulty, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

• Mistakes happen; however, we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact cs@essentiallyblk.com and we will review and rectify the matter in a timely fashion. Please include your order reference # at all times when e-mailing customer service.

 

Cancellations

•  Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

 

 How do I care for my shirt?

• We recommend washing your shirt inside out, machine wash on a cold setting using mild detergent and allowing it to air dry on a flat surface if possible.
